We have 2 hotels available for the SHEA Spring Conference – Westin Galleria Houston and the Westin Oaks at Galleria. While the meeting will take place at the Galleria Houston, the hotels are connected.
Rates
The SHEA Spring 2024 Conference attendee rate is $210 per night in a single, plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 17%) in effect at the time of check-out. To reserve this rate, you must mention you are with SHEA. Deadline to book your room at this rate has been extended to March 22, 2024 or until they sell out. The SHEA Rate is no longer available, but you are still able to book at the Regular Hotel Rate.

The check-in time at both hotels is 3:00 pm and the check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to arrival (without penalty).
Airport/Travel
George Bush Intercontinental Airport is located ~40 minute drive to the Hotel.
William P. Hobby Airport is located ~30 minute drive to the Hotel.
