The SHEA Spring Conference will take place at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, which is where we have also secured hotel rooms at a special rate for attendees.

The conference attendee rate is $289 per night in a single or double, plus applicable taxes and fees in effect at the time of check-out. To reserve this rate, you must mention you are with SHEA. Deadline to book your room at this rate is March 13, 2026 or until they sell out.
If you require a government rate room, please email Laure Herzog before March 9, 2026 to request a special booking link. Please note that availability is limited, and rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you are not able to secure rooms for your specific dates, please call the hotel (312-565-1234) as soon as possible, and they will be able to assist. Be sure to mention that you are with the SHEA Spring Conference to ensure you are receiving our special rate.
The check-in time at the hotel is 3:00 pm, and the check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to arrival (without penalty).
The Hyatt Regency Chicago is located approximately 13 miles from Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) and 17 miles from O’Hare International Airport (ORD). Please note that the hotel does not provide shuttle service from either airport.
