Pre-Conference Workshop

SHEA is pleased to hold a half-day workshops before the conference on Sunday, April 27, 2024, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. local time.

The workshop will feature both didactic learning and breakout group work among participants.

Know Thyself: Tools for Enhancing Team Dynamics and Fulfillment in Healthcare
Each of us possesses distinct qualities that shape our identities and influence how we interact with others. This workshop aims to empower professionals in healthcare epidemiology, antimicrobial stewardship, public health, and related fields with tools and strategies to explore their core values and conflict resolution styles. By doing so, participants can enhance team dynamics and achieve greater personal and professional fulfillment.
