*Registration for fellows/students/trainees must be accompanied by a letter from their department chairs verifying their status when registering. Trainee status includes interns and residents. Click here to see an example letter.

Photograph Release: By completing Registration, I hereby release any photographs and/or videos that may incidentally be taken of me during these events by SHEA to be used for any purpose.
Registration can be completed by credit card, check, or PO. We highly recommend purchasing via credit card as SHEA is currently working remotely with very limited access to our headquarters to collect and confirm check or PO payments. Due to this limitation, we will be closing the check and PO payments options on February 26 at 11:59 PM EST. After February 26, only credit card payments will be available. If we do not receive and confirm your check or PO payment by March 26, you will be required to complete payment by credit card online or onsite.

Verification of COVID-19 vaccination status is no longer required for attendees, speakers, employees or guests to access SHEA Spring 2024. Although no longer mandatory, SHEA strongly encourages all attendees to receive all CDC- recommended vaccines, including updated COVID-19 vaccines.
The Vaccination as a Condition of Attendance is subject to change.
Masks are recommended but not required for anyone that prefers to wear one for their own personal safety and comfort but will be at each attendee’s personal discretion. Attendees should bring their own masks. SHEA will provide additional masks upon request at registration while supplies last. We ask all attendee to respect all participants’ personal choice on masking. This mask policy is subject to change.

Session Recordings of the program will be complimentary for all attendees. Recordings will be available via the conference app, on-demand following the conference. Recordings will not be available for purchase. If you wish for access to the recordings, you must register for the conference.
Cancellations must be in writing and received via email no later than March 25, 2024, to be eligible for a refund, less a $125 administrative fee. Requests received after March 25, 2024, will not be accepted.
