***To receive the government rate, you will need to upload verification of employment. Verification should be a letter from your supervisor; please do not upload an image of your Government ID. You will also be required to present your Government ID at registration when picking up your badge for further verification. The government rate is only available to U.S. Government employees and Public Health professionals employed by U.S. State or Federal Public Health agencies (including CDC employees, VA employees, and State Public Health employees). International Government employees and State University Medical Centers do not qualify. SHEA staff will review all verification uploads and contact those who do not qualify. You do not have to do any additional registration for the training courses. You simply register for the conference and then attend the training course sessions. Post-conference you will evaluate the session and do the overall evaluation, where you will select that you need the certificate.

Starting with 2027 SHEA Spring registration, attendees will have additional payment options when completing their registration. In addition to credit card payments, you may now choose to pay by eCheck (ACH) or check.
eCheck (ACH): Pay securely online directly from your bank account with no processing fee.
Check: Select check as your payment method and follow the instructions provided to submit your payment.
Credit Card: Credit card payments will include a 4% processing fee, which will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

SHEA Spring will be recorded for those who register and attend. Recordings will not be available for purchase. You must register if you wish to receive access to the recordings.
Cancellations must be in writing and received via email to Laure Herzog no later than March 9, 2027 to be eligible for a refund, less a $150 USD administrative fee.
