*Registration for fellows/students/trainees must be accompanied by a letter from their department chairs verifying their status when registering. Trainee status includes interns and residents. Click here to see an example letter.

***To receive the government rate, you will need to upload verification of employment. Verification should be a letter from your supervisor; please do not upload an image of your Government ID. You will also be required to present your Government ID at registration when picking up your badge for further verification. The government rate is only available to U.S. Government employees and Public Health professionals employed by U.S. State or Federal Public Health agencies (including CDC employees, VA employees, and State Public Health employees). International Government employees and State University Medical Centers do not qualify. SHEA staff will review all verification uploads and contact those who do not qualify.

You may purchase your registration by credit card, check, or PO. We will be closing the check and PO payment options on March 16, 2026. After this date, only credit card payments will be available. If we do not receive and confirm your check or PO payment by March 30, 2026 you will be required to complete payment by credit card in order to pick up your badge.

SHEA Spring will be recorded for those who register and attend. Recordings will not be available for purchase. You must register if you wish to receive access to the recordings.
Cancellations must be in writing and received via email to Laure Herzog no later than March 16, 2026 to be eligible for a refund, less a $150 USD administrative fee. Requests received after March 16, 2026 will not be accepted.
