Photograph Release: By completing Registration, I hereby release any photographs and/or videos that may incidentally be taken of me during these events by SHEA to be used for any purpose.
Registration can be completed by credit card, check, or PO. We highly recommend purchasing via credit card as SHEA is currently working remotely with very limited access to our headquarters to collect and confirm check or PO payments. Due to this limitation, we will be closing the check and PO payments options on February 28 at 11:59 PM EST. After February 28, only credit card payments will be available. If we do not receive and confirm your check or PO payment by March 28, you will be required to complete payment by credit card online or onsite.
Do you need a letter for your Visa or travel requirements? See here!
SHEA requires all persons who attend the SHEA Spring Conference to be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations based on the CDC definition during the conference dates of April 11 – 14, 2023. When registering for SHEA Spring 2023, attendees will self-attest that they will be up to date with my COVID-19 vaccines at the time of the conference. Those that do not self-attest will not be able to pick up their badges and attend sessions/events. Up to date means that you have completed a COVID-19 vaccine primary series and received the most recent booster dose recommended for you.*
Exceptions are under consideration on a case by case basis for approval for attendees with a medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents “up to date” vaccination. These attendees must provide proof in advance of the conference as well as a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to the conference start time, as well as a negative test each day of the conference. Attendees with an exemption will be responsible for purchasing and administering SHEA approved COVID-19 tests before arrival. More information will be shared once approval is provided.
The Vaccination as a Condition of Attendance is subject to change.
Masks are recommended but not required for anyone that prefers to wear one for their own personal safety and comfort but will be at each attendee’s personal discretion. Attendees should bring their own masks. SHEA will provide additional masks upon request at registration while supplies last. We ask all attendee to respect all participants’ personal choice on masking. We will continue to keep you updated on any adjustments as we get closer to the conference as more information becomes available. This mask policy is subject to change. View our COVID Policy here.
