The SHEA Spring Conference will take place at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, which is where we have also secured hotel rooms at a special rate for attendees.

Rates
The SHEA Spring 2025 Conference attendee rate is $269 per night in a single or double, plus applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out. To reserve this rate, you must mention you are with SHEA. Deadline to book your room at this rate is March 31, 2025 or until they sell out.
If you need a government rate room, please email Laure Herzog for special booking link before March 31, 2025. Please note, there is very limited availability of government rooms and they will be first come first serve.
The check-in time at the hotel is 4:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 am.
Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to arrival (without penalty).
